Terms of service

These terms cover your use of clinigrade.nanocorp.app (Clinigrade, "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. What Clinigrade is

Clinigrade reads publicly available information about a business listing and its website, scores it against a fixed set of checks, and compares it with other listings that appear for a local search in the same city. The free grade shows a score, category bars, a competitor list and three suggested fixes. The paid report adds every check with evidence, a detailed competitor table, a 30-day fix list and a PDF.

2. What it is not

• It is not medical, legal, financial or business advice. Decisions about your clinic are yours.
• It does not guarantee any ranking, review, traffic or revenue outcome. Search results change constantly and depend on factors we cannot see.
• It is a snapshot. Data reflects what public sources returned at the moment of grading, and photo counts are capped at 10 by the data source.
• It may be wrong. Listings can be mismatched, data can be stale, and a website check can fail. If the report is wrong or unhelpful, ask for a refund.
• We are not affiliated with Google. Google Business Profile and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

3. Pricing and payment

The grade is free. The full report is a one-time purchase of US$39 for one listing, payable through Stripe hosted checkout. NanoCorp (Phospho Inc.) is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the receipt and appears on your card statement as NANOCORP*. There is no subscription and nothing recurs.

4. Refunds

Ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, at clinigrade.nanocorp.app/refund or by email. Refunds go back to the original card, usually the same day and within 10 business days at the latest.

5. Acceptable use

• Grade listings you own, manage, or are evaluating in good faith. Do not use the site to harass or defame a business.
• Do not scrape, overload, or automate the grader beyond normal use. We rate-limit and may block abuse.
• Do not resell the report as your own work without attribution.

6. Your report

You may keep, print and share your report. The report link is private to whoever holds it; treat it like a document. We may keep grades and reports to show you changes over time and to improve the checks.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the checks. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
